Updated: Sep 1, 2019

You're looking forward to a birthday party and you're supposed to bring some food? Or are you just a gourmand with a big passion for amazing pastries? Maybe you are - again - hunting for another last minute recipe. Actually, it doesn't matter how you ended up here. Because in the end we all have a sweet tooth, and this recipe will truly blow your mind. It is - indeed - easy-to-make, doesn't look special at all, but I promise the outcome will be incredibly amazing!

If you are in love with sweet baked goods with a delightfully and slightly sour taste, you will definitely adore these muffins. But be careful - the scent of these freshly baked goods is very intrusive.

Did I arouse your curiosity? Well, then...

...let the games begin!

You will need the following:

Ingredients: 4 eggs 250g sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 200g cream cheese 325g flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 125g melted butter 250g-500g frozen or fresh raspberries Directions: Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl until smooth, then add cream cheese. Whisk together flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Stir the flour mixture into the liquid ingredients until nearly moistened. Lightly stir in the melted butter and raspberries. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling them 2/3 full. Bake muffins in the preheated oven (180°C) until they rise and the tops are golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy :)
